I built CopyManager because repetitive copy and paste work was quietly wasting too much of my time.
CopyManager started as a tool I wanted for myself: fast, practical, and always ready when I need it. It helps me stay in flow, avoid re-copying the same content, and move through work with less friction every day.

Why I keep working on it
This is not a one-week experiment. I use CopyManager myself, so maintenance is personal for me. If something feels slow, annoying, or incomplete, I feel it first in my own daily work.
Why users can rely on it
I plan to keep using and maintaining CopyManager for the long term. That alignment matters. I am not building something to abandon after a launch cycle. I want it to stay useful and dependable.
Why trust matters here
Clipboard software sits close to sensitive work. I take that seriously. That is why the product direction stays simple: useful software first, no tricks around it.
CopyManager is not on the App Store for one simple reason, not a shady one.
My main job is not Mac software development, so I have not registered for an Apple Developer account yet. That is the reason CopyManager is currently distributed directly instead of through the App Store.
Even so, I want to be very clear about the standards I keep: no ads, no bundled junk, no misleading installers, and no viruses. I want the software to feel safe, respectful, and worth recommending.
I use it myself
CopyManager stays in my own workflow, which keeps the product honest.
I plan to maintain it
Ongoing fixes and improvements are part of the promise, not an afterthought.
I also want to open source it later
Once the codebase is in the right shape, I would like to make parts of it open and easier for others to learn from or build on.
I want users to feel that there is a real person behind this software, and that the work will keep going.
